🎥 How to Prepare & Upload Your Videos

Follow these simple steps to get your videos ready for your Everlight Memory Ornament.
You’ll only need a computer, your videos, and a USB cable.

Step 1 — Gather Your Videos

  • Create a folder on your computer.

  • Add all the videos you want to upload into that folder.

Step 2 — Install the Video Converter

  1. Visit https://www.leawo.com/pro/video-converter-ultimate.html

  2. Download and install Video Converter Ultimate on your computer.

  3. Once installed, open the program.

Step 3 — Convert Your Videos

  1. Launch Video Converter Ultimate.

  2. Click Convert.

  3. Drag and drop your videos into the converter window.

  4. Set the output format:

    • Profile: MP4 Video

    • Output Folder: Choose an easy-to-find folder

  5. Click Edit and use these settings:

Under Video

  • Resolution: 480 × 480

  • Codec: H.264

  • Quality: Best

Under Audio

  • Codec: MP3

  • Quality: Best

  1. Click OK to save your settings.

  2. If needed, use the Video Edit tab (left side of screen) to trim or adjust clips.

  3. When ready, click the Green Convert button.

  4. Select Agree + Convert, then Finish when done.

  5. Your converted videos will appear in the output folder (often called leawo.tmp or similar).

Step 4 — Transfer to Your Memory Orb

  1. Make sure your Orb is turned OFF.

  2. Plug your Orb into your computer using the USB cable.

  3. Turn the Orb on — a USB symbol should appear.

  4. On your computer, a drive named “NO NAME” will appear.

  5. Open that drive and locate the folder called Video.

  6. Drag your converted videos into the Video folder.

  7. Once finished, eject safely — drag “NO NAME” to the trash/bin icon.

  8. Unplug your Orb.

Step 5 — Enjoy Your Memories

Turn on your Orb and relive your favorite moments, beautifully preserved ✨
